Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of partmood.garden and the services offered through it by Partmood Pest Control. When you use this website, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Partmood Pest Control Does

Partmood Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice. It is also not advice on whether any product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.
